Shane is an awesome counselor . A combination of EMDR and cognitive therapy really helped me work through some things . His style and knowledge were a great fit for me as someone who has already done a lot of self reflection and “work” on mental and spiritual health . Shane is super wise and well-versed in so many subjects . Very grateful for the progress made across a few sessions which spanned not only psychology and mental health but clarifying biblical truth, parenting, habits and a wide range of other topics as needed .

I have a 12 year old daughter with Down Syndrome and was recently diagnosed with PDA Autism. LCC and their BI’s have been instrumental in helping us understand her diagnosis, have given us tips, the tools and insight to help our daughter navigate her daily life. We have been working with LCC for several years now and they have been great to work with.

I’ve recently had the chance to work with Julia and Shane, it was clear from the first conversation that they genuinely care about the people they serve. They lead with heart, bring real expertise, and go out of their way to make sure their clients feel supported. 11/10 highly recommend.

You Don't Need to Have Everything Figured Out
Many people who reach out for counseling already know something needs attention, support, or direction.
You do not need all the answers before starting therapy. You simply need a place to begin—with clarity, structure, and support.
