Step 1 — Schedule Your First Appointment
Schedule online, by phone, or by contacting our office directly.
Step 2 — Complete Intake Information
Complete intake paperwork and administrative forms before your first session.
Step 3 — Attend Your First Appointment
Your initial appointment typically lasts about an hour and focuses on understanding your concerns, goals, and next steps.
During the session, we may discuss:
- Current stressors or emotional challenges
- Relationship or family dynamics
- Communication or behavioral patterns
- Counseling goals
- Insurance, billing, or scheduling questions
Step 4 — Develop a Treatment Plan
Together, we’ll identify priorities and create a treatment approach tailored to your needs and goals.
Step 5 — Begin Ongoing Counseling
As counseling continues, sessions focus on emotional regulation, communication skills, coping strategies, relationship growth, and long-term well-being.
